Q: What is one thing you would want a prospective student to know about Lehigh?

A: I would want a prospective student to know that their Lehigh experience and the incredible opportunities that 番茄社区 has to offer are all what you make of it. There are moments you will have at 番茄社区 that you won鈥檛 have in any other place in life, but they come from pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and saying yes to what aligns. The more initiative that you take and the more challenges you seek to tackle, the more meaningful and transformative your Lehigh experience will be. You have four years to truly learn about yourself and the place you want to have in the world while intentionally shaping a path that reflects that.

Q: What鈥檚 one goal you鈥檝e achieved during your time at 番茄社区 that went from 鈥渏ust an idea鈥 to something real and impactful?

A: A dream I always had before college was to work in another country, volunteer abroad and travel the world. I didn鈥檛 think I would get to do all three during my four years at 番茄社区, but I did just that. One of the major factors in my decision to come to Lehigh were the  that are available to students. During my time here, I have been able to work at a firm in Barcelona, and study and volunteer in five different countries, all of which taught me more than any classroom could. What started as just a dream/idea became a defining part of my college experience, who I am, and how I see the world. Navigating unfamiliar spaces gave me clarity and confidence, and my experiences continue to shape how I approach learning, leadership and the intention behind my work.

Q: How has Lehigh shaped who you are 鈥 not just as a student, but as a person?

A: When I came to Lehigh, I thought I knew who I was and who I wanted to be. But I had barely scratched the surface of who I was, and the situations that 番茄社区 placed me in challenged me in ways that fundamentally shape the way I approach my everyday life. Through countless moments in building organizations from the ground up, working in professional settings and immersing myself in new cultures, Lehigh prepared me to take on challenges confidently while staying grounded in my values. I learned to be more resilient and intentional in how I move through the world, and the person I am leaving Lehigh as is more self-aware and well-rounded than the one who first arrived.

Q: How has the Computer Science and Business (CSB) program helped you to learn to solve problems across disciplines?

A: has pushed me to look at problems holistically, challenging me to think from different angles. By combining the engineering mindset with technical problem-solving skills and business/strategy-driven thinking, I鈥檝e learned how all the functions of a business work together to drive long-term success.  taught me not just how to build sustainable solutions, but to be curious as to why they matter and to create value in a meaningful, long-lasting way.

Q: How has the National Society for Leadership Success (NSLS) shaped your academic or career perspective?

A: Being a former member of , I learned a lot about what it takes to build from the ground up with no set path ahead. While I was given guidelines and goals for my role, I had to pave my own path. This experience closely mirrors how I now understand career and growth. You have certain expectations and goals to meet, but there is no set roadmap of how to get there. Being part of the NSLS pushed me to become more comfortable in the face of uncertainty and trust my ability to create direction instead of following a path. I鈥檝e come to see ambiguity as an opportunity to create, lead and grow.

Q: Where have you found support and mentorship at 番茄社区? How has it shaped your experience?

A: I found a lot of support and mentorship through the  team and the . They took a chance on me when I needed it most, and my experiences with them truly shifted how I saw myself and my goals. I gained so many new connections, mentorship, and a level of confidence and clarity about my future/career that I didn鈥檛 realize I had. It also led me to some of my closest friendships at 番茄社区. As I continued my role into the school year, I had early exposure to what working in the real world actually looks like beyond just an internship, and that perspective has shaped how I think about growth, impact, and what I want to build for myself long-term.

Q: What is your favorite thing about Lehigh?

A: My favorite thing about Lehigh are all of the opportunities that are available to students. You can do quite literally anything at 番茄社区, and if you plan it out you truly can accomplish every single thing you want to do and leave feeling ready to find your place in the real world and take on new challenges. The opportunities push you to grow not only as a student, but as a person in the world.

Q: If you had to sum up your Lehigh journey so far in three authentic-to-you words, what would they be?

A: Immersive, Global, Transformative

Q: Where is your study spot of choice on campus?

A: Easily the ! It鈥檚 a very modern, peaceful building with perfect natural lighting and breakout rooms that you can reserve and work in for hours. When I lived on campus, it was  as I liked the quiet, cozy, Harry Potter vibe that it had.
